What are your payment options?
We accept Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and all major credit cards. We are happy to offer Afterpay to US residents under up to $1000 orders to help split up payments. For more information on Afterpay check out our blog post.
When will I be billed for my order?
Everything available on our website is in stock which means that we take payment when your order is placed. We are proud of our fast shipping, which is generally within the same week your order is placed- if not sooner!
Wholesale clients - If you order via email and receive a Quickbooks invoice, we ask to have you pay within 24 business hours to ensure that your order can be shipped quickly with all items requested!
I need to access old invoices, change your email address or shipping address?
Log into our website and go to “My account”. From there you can view your order history and make edits to any of your information for future orders.
If you are looking for orders before 3/25/2020 please email us and we will send you copies of your previous invoices.
You're out of stock in my favorite design, Can you text or email me when it's back in stock?
Some of our designs can sell out quickly but don't worry, we have more coming! If a design you like is out of stock, you can add your phone number or email to be alerted the second we restock. Head to the product page to sign up!
What companies do you use to ship?
We are proud to support USPS and UPS. You have the option to choose which carrier you want to work with at checkout.
Do you offer any protection for shipping orders?
All shipments are covered by our insurance policy. You will no longer need to select insurance at checkout! If you have any shipping-related issues with your order, please reach out so our team can make it right for you!
Do you ship worldwide? What about taxes and duties?
Yes, we do! Our fulfillment team takes great pride in working closely with UPS to ensure customers get their orders quickly and safely, which is why we suggest that as the fastest way to get international orders.
Please note that Buddha Jewelry has no control over taxes and duties that are sometimes required by the receivers’ country. We are able to provide “CUSMA” forms (Canada, United States, Mexico Agreement) for international orders within North America, however, we have no way to give estimates on what the additional cost could be, as every country has different regulations based on price and order contents. We advise you to reach out to your local customs office if you are wanting more information. We are also not able to reimburse you for customs related charges.
If a client refuses custom fees at the time of delivery, the jewelry will be shipped back to us. The client will then be charged a 20% restocking fee and is responsible for all return shipping fees. This will be deducted from your returned order amount. The remaining balance (minus original shipping fees) will be refunded on the same payment method used on your order once the order is received back to us
I just placed my order and got a confirmation email. How soon until my order ships?
We typically ship all orders within a 7 business days of being placed! During the holidays or sale events, we may take a few business days longer, but quick shipping is what you get with Buddha Jewelry and we work hard to make sure that happens!
How can I track my order?
You will get an email with your tracking number. You may also login to the website and go to "My Orders" to see any updates. Please note we are not responsible for delays due to the shipping, but we are always here to help!
What if I received the wrong item?
In the unlikely event of getting the wrong item, please contact us at Info@BuddhaJewelryOrganics.com with your order number and a photo of the wrong item. One of our team members will assist you in creating an exchange for the correct piece, as well as send you a prepaid return label.
OMG! How are your pins so strong!?
Our ends are designed by a piercer with over 25 years of experience and have been specially designed to stand the test of time! A lot of professional piercers can bend ours by hand, while others use tools to make a bend. If you have any questions regarding working with our pins, please feel free to reach out to us.
What threadless posts work best with Buddha Jewelry ends?
Our strong + beautiful ends are designed to work with industry standard universal threadless posts. Please check out APP suggested companies to ensure a secure fit or send us an email for additional information.

We have been corporate sponsors for over 15+ years, as well as sponsoring many different APP events over the years at conferences! We continue to work closely with the APP to ensure our jewelry and standards meet the industry's guidelines.
How do I open a wholesale account?
To open a wholesale account please go to BuddhaJewelryOrganics.com/Wholesale and click the “Register” button, fill out the form and email us a copy of your business license. You may be asked to send your website or social media page for more information. We approve accounts within 24 business hours. Once approved, your prices will change to wholesale for easy shopping. We have a low minimum for your first-time order but after that, we have no minimums, which makes ordering on a budget or special jewelry orders a breeze!
